Despite what the locals tell us, it's not essential to eat cheese as a main meal every other day. We opted to insulate our chalet instead. Our menus are designed to be as nourishing as they are tasty, to leave you in the best possible shape for skiing. Breakfast is a continuation of the same principle. We use local produce when it's available.
Homemade cakes or biscuits are laid out for your return in the afternoon. In the evening a four course dinner, with a choice of house wines or beer and the hamlet's very own spring water, is finished with chocolates and coffee by the fire. A selection of the best local wines and spirits is also available. One night each week is yours to sample one of the local restaurants.

Any time of day or night tea & coffee making facilities and an honesty bar is available for all guests.
